in the meantime,
9/11- no time for sewing a romper, so instead, I cut up and re-shaped one of Geoff's (already thrifted) T shirts from the discard pile. Wore the patched jeans, thrifted cowboy boots.

9/12, SSS lite- no sewing involved actually-I wore a necklace I made by repurposing an earring-Geoff gave me these last year for my birthday, I loved them, and then lost one within a month. I keep doing that! but I saved the day by breaking out a pair of pliers, and attaching the second earing to a chain- now it's my favorite necklace. Also wearing a skirt from friend, vintage boots from LA, thrifted belt, shirt from a store in India 8 years ago (It was the only western style item of clothing I had there for a year, and it has served me well ever since, too), thrifted blazer from brooks brothers and a sweater I found on the floor of our house- not sure where it came from. (but I know i didnt buy it) I think this looks a little like a schoolteacher in the 70's...totally weird color vibe that I kind of dig.
9/13- SSS even liter- same necklace, sweater, and some thrifted boots. dress from NY sample sale, leggings from my mom.
