Sleeve edge made with selvage (for those of you non-sewers out there- that means a clean finish without hemming because its the edge of the weave- its finished on the loom, at the factory or wherever.) Not only is it a nifty shortcut, I think it looks pretty cool in the plaid. Although in the picture, the plaids don't line up. Doh!
Also, detail of the back- showing where I used a belt instead of elastic.
I still might put in back darts to deal with all those folds and extra fabric. (I love how all homemade things are a work in progress.)
Belt is nice.
